Vegan Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

This vegan chocolate chip banana bread is a family favorite which I have been making for a few years now. It’s moist, soft, healthy and incredibly simple to make. Bananas make this bread naturally sweet while chocolate chips melt in every bite for a cozy and comforting taste. We will need only one mixing bowl and a few basic pantry ingredients to make this vegan chocolate chip banana bread. It’s perfect for a quick breakfast, afternoon snack or dairy-free dessert.

I never thought I would be a baker. I always considered myself more of a cook, but I noticed many of my friends or coworkers only love to bake. I started baking after I met my husband. He has a sweet tooth, which gave me the courage to experiment in the realm of baking. After many attempts at perfecting my vegan version of banana bread, this recipe absolutely stood out. I have made this bread countless times. It never disappoints and always comes out just perfect.

The recipe is incredibly simple. We will first combine all the wet ingredients. We’ll then top add all the dry ingredients to the same bowl, mix everything together, and bake it. Feel free to add walnuts to this recipe if you desire.
