5-Minute Tomato Bisque

This 5-minute tomato bisque is a quick, dairy-free comfort soup that combines basic savory spices with a rich coconut milk finish. It doesn’t require a blender but still delivers a satisfying, velvety bowl of tomato bisque in just 5 minutes! This recipe proves that you do not need hours of simmering to achieve deep, gourmet flavor. It is an ultimate dish for anyone craving a non-dairy comfort classic meal.

It’s late and you’re tired, but you still want a warm, comforting meal without a sink full of dishes or an hour-long wait. So try this 5-minute tomato bisque recipe. It turns everyday pantry staples into a rich, delicious and satisfying bowl with almost zero effort.

We’ll be using high-quality canned tomato sauce that provides an instant tomato flavor without waiting for any raw tomatoes to break down. Coconut milk is a perfect substitute for traditional heavy cream, and delivers that signature texture without a trace of dairy. We’ll also be using only four spices: salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. These simple ingredients mimic the exact taste and flavor of more complex, long-simmering bisque recipes.

This smooth soup pairs perfectly with a crunchy slice of bread, vegan pesto panini, or this perfect veggie sandwich. When a soup is this easy and satisfying, you’ll never look at store-bought canned soup the same way again.
