Easy Meal Prep Tofu

This easy meal prep tofu recipe is the simplest thing in the world. It requires almost no prep, and then some baking. It has great texture and flavors. As tofu is a high-protein, plant-based food, I make this recipe weekly and I add it to almost anything I make throughout the week. I just love how simple and easy it is, and I think you’ll love it too.

I wanted to have a recipe that is simple, not time consuming, and that tastes good. This recipe features very simple ingredients and delivers a healthy, plant-based protein option. And it’s gluten-free.

We are first going to drain the water from the tofu package. We don’t need to press the tofu brick. Simply cut it into ½ inch cubes. Next, spread the cubes on a baking sheet pan after applying grease with a drizzle of olive or avocado oil. Brush or drizzle soy sauce on each piece, sprinkle salt and pepper, and bake it.

Tofu is extremely versatile. This recipe can accommodate many original recipes, such as: Sarson Ka saag, Easy Tossed Green Salad, Sesame fried rice, Thai salad, Fresh spring rolls, Cajun coconut curry, Ginger tamari soup, Vegan rice plov, Noodles with peanut sauce, Albanian roasted red pepper rice pilaf, Creamy kale saag, Roasted red pepper soup, Burmese Cabbage Salad, and Thai Mango Basil Chick’n.
