Easy Meal Prep Tofu

This easy meal prep tofu is simple, not time consuming, and tastes good It requires almost no prep, and has great texture and flavors.

- 14 oz Firm Tofu
- a drizzle Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- a sprinkle Salt
- a sprinkle Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Drain water out of the tofu package (you don’t need to press it) then cut it into ½ inch cubes.
Spread a few drops of oil on a baking sheet pan and place tofu pieces. Brush or drizzle soy sauce on each piece, sprinkle salt and pepper, and bake tofu for 25 minutes, then set aside.

Some new ovens have very high intense heat. Check periodically that tofu doesn't burn.
