Delicious Homemade Falafel Wrap

This delicious, Mediterranean-inspired falafel wrap is full of flavors and textures and very easy to assemble. It has a combination of crispy falafels, fresh veggies, a drizzle of creamy tahini dressing, and a hint of zhoug, a Middle Eastern Condiment. Falafel wraps can be very versatile and this version is my favorite. I often enjoy it for lunch, dinner or even a hearty snack. This wrap is packed with chickpea protein that is both nutritious and satisfying.

This delicious falafel wrap makes a great meatless option that’s perfect if you’re looking for an easy, plant-based meal. This recipe is dairy-free and, should you opt for gluten-free wraps, potentially gluten-free, too. It comes out great either way. Also, if you’d rather not use tahini sauce, know that any creamy dressing of your choice will suffice.

The ingredients can all be found easily in your local grocery store. However, if you prefer fewer processed foods, consider these homemade recipes: Best Falafels, Zhoug and Tahini Dressing. I often prepare these in advance for quick meals on busy days for myself and family. You can also serve this delicious falafel wrap with a side of Broccoli and Red Lentil Soup for a complete meal.
