Delicious Homemade Falafel Wrap

This delicious, Mediterranean-inspired falafel wrap is full of flavors and textures and very easy to assemble.

- 2 Wraps burrito-size
- 1 oz Mixed Greens chopped
- 1 oz Arugula chopped
- 1 oz Cucumber cut into matchsticks
- 1 Roma Tomato small, sliced
- ½ oz Red Onion sliced
- ½ oz Red Bell Pepper sliced
- 6 Falafels
- 2 tbsp Zhoug
- 2 tbsp Vegan Feta Crumbles
- a drizzle Tahini Dressing
- Cooking Oil to grease the pan
Lay wrap flat. Add half of the proscribed amount of each ingredient in the middle of the wrap, along with the drizzle of tahini dressing.
Invert the left and right-hand sides and roll the wrap up tightly. Invert the left and right-hand side one more time and roll it up again. Apply water on edges to seal the wrap.
Heat a flat pan over medium heat then place wrap in the middle. Flip the wrap occasionally until all sides are golden brown.
Repeat with a second tortilla.
Cut the wrap in half and serve while warm.
Use gluten-free wraps to make this recipe gluten-free.
Serve this delicious falafel wrap with a side of Broccoli and Red Lentil Soup for a complete meal.
