This lemon garlic aioli is rich, creamy, flavorful and takes only minutes to make. This is one of the top go-to sauces for both main and side dishes at my home. It goes with nearly everything: dipped foods, sandwiches and more! This aioli recipe combines fresh lemon juice, raw garlic and dijon mustard, transforming the flavor of mayonnaise into a balanced temptation. You will be truly pleased when you try it!

The first time I had garlic aioli was at a burger joint. I was amazed by the rich texture and flavors and decided that I must learn how to make my own. This aioli recipe can be served with many different types of food to make the perfect meal.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh
  • ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
  • a sprinkle Salt or to taste
  • a sprinkle Black Pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl add the ingredients and whisk. Serve chilled.

Notes

*Note: This recipe pairs very well with baked potato wedges.
Yields ½ cup.
