Lemon Garlic Aioli

This lemon garlic aioli is rich, creamy, flavorful and takes only minutes to make. This is one of the top go-to sauces for both main and side dishes at my home. It goes with nearly everything: dipped foods, sandwiches and more! This aioli recipe combines fresh lemon juice, raw garlic and dijon mustard, transforming the flavor of mayonnaise into a balanced temptation. You will be truly pleased when you try it!

Lemon Garlic Aioli
Ingredients
- ½ cup Vegan Mayonnaise
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh
- ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
- a sprinkle Salt or to taste
- a sprinkle Black Pepper or to taste
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl add the ingredients and whisk. Serve chilled.
