Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh
  • ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
  • a sprinkle Salt or to taste
  • a sprinkle Black Pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl add the ingredients and whisk. Serve chilled.

Notes

*Note: This recipe pairs very well with baked potato wedges.
