Easy Roasted Cauliflower

Whether you’re trying to add more veggies to your diet or convince kids to eat them, this easy and healthy roasted cauliflower recipe is perfect to try. Flavorful but not overwhelming, it’s a quick yet satisfying cauliflower dish. If you’re looking for a low-carb meal, snack or appetizer, this recipe will definitely meet your needs. This recipe calls for only a few simple pantry spices: olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt and pepper. We will simply chop cauliflower, add seasonings, toss all the ingredients together, and then roast it. It’s especially satisfying when served with your choice of sauce. This recipe pairs well with parsley pesto, lemon garlic aioli, creamy chipotle dressing and Tahini dressing.

Easy Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475 F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add chopped cauliflower, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Mix together thoroughly.
- Bake cauliflower for 25 to 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool down.
