Easy Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 475 F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add chopped cauliflower, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Mix together thoroughly.
  • Bake cauliflower for 25 to 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool down.

Notes

*Note: Some new ovens have very high intense heat. Check periodically that this cauliflower does not burn.
This recipe pairs well with parsley pesto, lemon garlic aioli, creamy chipotle dressing and Tahini dressing.
