- 1 head Cauliflower chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Preheat the oven to 475 F.
In a large mixing bowl, add chopped cauliflower, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Mix together thoroughly.
Bake cauliflower for 25 to 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool down.
