Noodles with Peanut Sauce

These noodles with peanut sauce are quick and easy to prepare. They can be ready in just a few minutes. They are fast, creamy, flavorful and satisfying.

The first time I tried peanut sauce was at a house party. It was served as a dipping sauce, and I didn’t think of it much until years later. I remembered its spicy, zesty and nutty flavors and started to think about making my own version and adding it to noodles instead. So I started practicing. Over the years, I made several attempts at it. And eventually I came to the conclusion that this is another recipe that does not need any complicated preparations or ingredients. The deliciousness of this recipe is simple: it’s the sauce!

First we’ll boil our noodles. Then we’ll toss them with peanut sauce. We’ll add just a few possible garnishes, and that’s it! Peanut sauce can be made several days in advance and it will be handy when you are hungry and ready to have a quick, easy, hassle-free delicious meal. Here is my peanut sauce recipe.

Noodles with Peanut Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 oz Fettuccine Noodles
- 1 cup Peanut Sauce
Garnish
- Green Onion
- Lime Wedge
- Sesame Seeds optional
- Cilantro optional
Instructions
- Boil pasta by following the directions on its package. Drain water and set aside.
- In a medium size skillet add peanut sauce and noodles. Gently sauté for one to two minutes, until all areas are covered. Then remove from heat.
- Add garnishes and serve hot.
