Soak soya chunks in water for 10 minutes or until soft. Then squeeze the water out of them, as you would a sponge.
In a food processor add soya chunks, onion, tomato, garlic, Italian dried herbs, smoked paprika, soy sauce and salt. Blend until it resembles uncooked ground chicken.
Heat a medium size pan over medium heat. Add oil and the mixture and cover with a lid for 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low-medium and let simmer for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Note: Sprinkle water if the mixture sticks to the pan.
