Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

These awesome chocolate chip cookie bars are mouth-watering, delicious and, best of all, vegan! They’re also incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Almond Oil or Vegan Butter melted
  • ½ cup Cane Sugar
  • ¼ cup Soy Milk or other plant-based milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, milk, vanilla extract and salt.
  • Add baking powder and baking soda and whisk again.
  • Add flour and chocolate chips and mix thoroughly with a spatula.
  • Transfer the dough to a 8 x 8-inch baking pan, sprinkle salt and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Allow the pan to cool before slicing. Serve bars chilled or warm.
