Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

These awesome chocolate chip cookie bars are mouth-watering, delicious and, best of all, vegan! They’re also incredibly easy to make.

- ½ cup Almond Oil or Vegan Butter melted
- ½ cup Cane Sugar
- ¼ cup Soy Milk or other plant-based milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- 1½ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, milk, vanilla extract and salt.
Add baking powder and baking soda and whisk again.
Add flour and chocolate chips and mix thoroughly with a spatula.
Transfer the dough to a 8 x 8-inch baking pan, sprinkle salt and bake for 30 minutes.
Allow the pan to cool before slicing. Serve bars chilled or warm.
