Heat a pan on medium heat; add (oil if using), onion, bell pepper and garlic and saute for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle some water if the mixture is sticking to the pan.
Add tomatoes and cover with the lid. When you start to see bubbles, reduce heat to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add water, cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, coriander powder, black pepper, salt, okra, worcestershire sauce, meatless meatballs and bring it to a boil.
Mix cornstarch with cold water in a small mixing bowl and add it to the pan. Mix everything well together. Simmer on low-medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
