- 1 cup Garbanzo Beans canned and washed
- ¼ cup Red Onion diced
- ½ cup Cucumber diced
- ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes diced
- ½ cup Olives diced
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Mint minced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil optional
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ½ tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
