Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Kidney Beans canned and washed
  • 1 cup Garbanzo Beans canned and washed
  • ¼ cup Red Onion diced
  • ½ cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup Olives diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Mint minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil optional
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything together and serve chilled.
