Ingredients
  

Salad

  • cups Cabbage thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Scallions diced
  • ½ Chili sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Mint diced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup Tomato diced
  • ½ cup Mango diced
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp Dried Crushed Red Peppers
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric

Garnish

  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds toasted
  • tbsp Peanuts crushed & toasted

Instructions
 

  • Combine all salad ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Add oil and garlic and sauté until light brown.
  • Add dried red pepper and turmeric. Turn off the heat and keep stirring.
  • Add dressing to salad and mix well.
  • Add garnishes and serve immediately!
