Breakfast Tofu Scramble

Looking for a great, tasty tofu scramble? This recipe takes it up a notch by adding vegetables and seasonings.

- 14 oz Tofu firm
- ½ cup Red Onion finely diced
- ¼ cup Sun-Dried Tomato diced
- ½ cup Cilantro finely chopped
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper or to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine tofu, onion, sun-dried tomato, cilantro, garlic powder, turmeric powder, salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet on medium heat. Add tofu mixture and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle some water if the mixture sticks to the pan.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
